Typical assignment(s) include: (1) developing job vacancy announcements and reviewing and ring job applicants while determining eligibility or evaluing the relive value of an applicants qualificions according to established credited plans procedures; (2) conducting background checks and pre-employment screening on candides and verifying suitability for employment; (3) performing various clerical duties such as preparing personnel reports, entering personnel action changes, and managing official personnel files; (4) maintaining a high degree of contact with potential candides, employees, and management by providing assistance regarding human resources reled mters. Position may also be responsible for drafting local procedural instructions reling to the functional specialty. Provides World Class Customer Service with an emphasis on courtesy. Assists customers and communices positively in a friendly manner. Acknowledges customers, smiles and makes eye contact. Asks questions to determine, verify and solve problems. Checks for sisfaction on the quality of goods and services. Takes action to solve problems quickly. Alerts the higher-level supervisor, or proper point of contact for help when problems arise. Adheres to safety regulions and standards. Uses required safety equipment and observes safe work procedures. Promptly reports any observed workplace hazards, and any injury, occupional illness, and/or property damage resulting from workplace mishaps to the immedie supervisor. Adheres to established standards of actively supporting the principles of the EEO program and prevention of sexual harassment. Performs other reled duties as assigned. EVALUATIONS
Qualificions Bachelors Degree in human resources or a reled field approprie to work of the position, or three years of practical experience th demonstres th the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to th gained in the above. Practical knowledge and experience with talent acquisition, federal background screening requirements and a human resource informion system. Must be able to effectively manage and administer an applicant and employment tracking system for assigned client groups. Ability to communice orally and in writing with strong tention to detail. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs may be required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance. Additional informion
