This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping build a strong workforce through effective recruiting and employee support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have recruiting or HR experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Pay & Hours $20.00 per hour Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime as needed based on business needs Position Overview This position is responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies, supporting employee onboarding and retention efforts, maintaining training and HR records, and serving as a visible workforce support resource throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Staffing Manage all phases of the recruiting process Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and hiring criteria Build and maintain active candidate pipelines Screen applicants and coordinate interviews Assist with hiring decisions and offer coordination Support temp-to-hire conversion efforts Promote employment opportunities through job boards, social media, and community outreach Participate in job fairs and recruiting events Onboarding & Orientation Create and maintain electronic onboarding workflows and documentation Coordinate new hire orientation scheduling Track onboarding milestones and employee progress Support initiatives that improve retention and reduce early turnover Assist with onboarding communications and new employee integration Training Administration & HR Support Maintain employee training records and HR documentation within ADP or other HRIS platforms Track onboarding and ongoing training completion Support supervisor documentation and training compliance Assist with converting paper-based processes into digital workflows Maintain employee records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality Workforce Engagement & Employee Support Maintain a visible presence throughout the production floor Support employee onboarding and workforce integration Assist supervisors with attendance tracking and workforce communication Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews Identify and communicate potential retention concerns Support employee engagement and workforce development initiatives Provide bilingual communication support for employees when needed Reporting & Compliance Track and report recruiting and staffing metrics, including applicant flow, time-to-fill, and turnover Assist leadership with workforce planning and staffing strategy discussions Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local employment regulations Qualifications Associate degree preferred 1-3 years of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience Manufacturing environment experience preferred Experience with ADP or other HRIS systems preferred Strong organizational, documentation, and administrative skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Experience supporting hourly manufacturing or production workforces Experience with employee onboarding, training administration, or workforce engagement initiatives Core Competencies Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Workforce Engagement & Retention Communication & Relationship Building Organization & Attention to Detail Digital Documentation & Process Management Data Tracking & Reporting Professional Judgment & Confidentiality Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Full-Time Opportunity Overtime Available as Needed Based on Business Needs Career Growth Potential Competitive Benefits Package Available #IND2
