As one of the area's leading licensed and accredited home care agencies, we're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Recruiting Coordinator to help us attract, hire, and retain exceptional caregivers. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is ambitious, competitive, and enjoys connecting with people. Whether your background is in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or human resources, this position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills and grow into future leadership, HR, talent acquisition, or operations roles. You'll actively recruit caregivers including CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and companions through phone calls, text messages, email outreach, referrals, job boards, and community networking. Success in this role requires persistence, creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships that inspire candidates to choose Right at Home in a highly competitive hiring market.
Job Functions of Recruiting Coordinator:
Source, screen, interview, and hire caregivers Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates Conduct high-volume candidate outreach through calls, texts, emails, and recruiting platforms Schedule interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process Attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed Meet recruiting goals and hiring targets Create a positive candidate and new hire experience from first contact through onboarding Support caregiver engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives Maintain accurate records within our applicant tracking system and HR platforms Ensure employee files remain organized and compliant Assist with recruiting metrics, reporting, and office operations Partner with leadership and staffing teams to support workforce growth
Requirements of Recruiting Coordinator:
1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, hospitality, HR, or a related field preferred Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Competitive drive and the ability to work toward goals Persistence, resilience, and a passion for helping others succeed
