Associates for Training and Development (A4TD) is seeking a Workforce Development Coordinator to support older adults through training, employment placement, and community partnerships. This is a field-based role that combines direct participant support with employer and community outreach. The Role This position brings together participant-focused work, community engagement, and program coordination:

• Participant Support & Training Placement Work directly with participants to assess skills, address employment barriers, and place them in training opportunities with nonprofit and municipal host agencies.
• Community Outreach & Partnership Development Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, employers, and workforce partners to expand training opportunities and strengthen the program's presence.
• Program Coordination & Compliance Maintain accurate documentation within a federally funded program, ensuring accountability and alignment with program requirements.

Candidates should be able to travel reliably within their assigned service area. What We Are Looking For Experience in workforce development, human services, education, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work independently across a defined service area. Comfort balancing direct service work with detailed documentation. Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally. Compensation & Benefits $42,000-$45,000 annually Comprehensive benefits package. Flexible schedule.
