Manage employee attendance and process payroll through Paychex. Support benefits administration, including health insurance and other employee benefit programs. Assist with recruiting, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Process employee onboarding, status changes, transfers, and terminations while ensuring proper documentation and compliance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files. Support daily office administrative functions to ensure smooth operations. Manage office supply purchasing, inventory, and vendor coordination. Coordinate company vehicle records, maintenance, insurance, and inspections. Assist with warehouse-related qualification documents, insurance, and license renewals. Coordinate maintenance of office phones, internet, printers, and other equipment. Support workplace safety, fire safety, inspections, meetings, and company events. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate degree or higher required; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of U.S. HR and administrative experience required. Prior experience in a combined HR and administrative support role preferred. Familiarity with attendance tracking, onboarding/offboarding, recruitment support, and personnel recordkeeping. Knowledge of payroll, employee benefits, health insurance, and workers' compensation processes preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality. Experience with Paychex or similar U.S. payroll systems required. Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.
