Overview:
We are seeking an HR Coordinator with experience supporting payroll, HRIS administration, employee records, and personnel changes within a high-volume Human Resources environment. This role reviews payroll batches, processes associate changes in ADP Vantage, maintains employee data, and partners with Recruiting, Benefits, HR Operations, and business leaders to provide exceptional service to associates across the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data, deadlines, and established processes. They understand the importance of accuracy while also looking for ways to improve workflows, solve problems, and support continuous improvement. Your Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to associates by responding promptly to HR-related questions, researching issues, and following through to resolution. Maintain, organize, and electronically file employee personnel records while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, promotions, transfers, status changes, compensation updates, leaves of absence, and terminations within ADP Vantage. Review payroll batches for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and partner with Payroll to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Maintain employee data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and completeness. Audit HR and payroll transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies before payroll processing. Support Recruiting by processing new hire paperwork, coordinating onboarding activities, and ensuring all required documentation is completed. Partner with Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations, and business leaders to ensure seamless processing of employee transactions and provide excellent internal customer service. Prepare employment verification requests, HR documentation, and routine reports as needed. Generate and maintain standard HR reports and assist with audits, compliance reporting, and record retention requirements. Monitor shared HR inboxes and service requests, ensuring timely and professional responses. Assist with annual HR processes, including performance reviews, merit increases, open enrollment, and year-end activities. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the associate experience through continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and exercise sound judgment in handling confidential matters. Support special HR projects and other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, Payroll, HRIS administration, or a related field. Experience supporting employee lifecycle transactions, maintaining HR records, and working within an HRIS; ADP Vantage experience is a plus. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build positive relationships and provide responsive support to associates and leaders. Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work independently, anticipate needs, solve problems, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, and Power Automate. Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues with sound judgment. Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to recommend process enhancements and improve operational efficiency
What We Offer:
As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and vision. Compensation:
