Job Summary:
If you are passionate about making an impact through Training & Development, join our team as a Training Administrator , where you'll play a key role in ensuring employees are prepared, supported, and set up for success through high-quality training programs. In this role, you'll manage training programs from pre-service through ongoing professional development-helping drive workforce readiness, compliance, and engagement across the organization. This position reports to the Director, HR Compliance & Event Management. Salary - $48,000 - $57,000 / year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Lead coordination, registration and scheduling of new hire onboarding (pre-service) training, ensuring a smooth and engaging start for employees.
- Manage ongoing training programs to support employee development and compliance.
- Track, maintain, and update training records across HRIS, CDS, EHR, and SharePoint system.
- Communicate training schedules, updates, and requirements clearly and proactively.
- Generate reports on training completion and compliance to support organizational needs.
- Partner with HR and leadership to identify training needs and improve processes.
- Build positive relationships with employees to enhance the overall training experience.
- Performs any other responsibilities as needed.

Experience /
Skills:
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, training coordination, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience working with HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
