Human Resources Intern

Position Summary The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks, gaining hands-on experience in core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to HR processes in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews Support onboarding and offboarding processes (preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation, maintaining employee files) Maintain and update employee records in HR systems while ensuring confidentiality Help track and ensure completion of required training and compliance documentation Support HR projects and initiatives (e.g., employee engagement, policy updates, audits) Prepare reports, presentations, and other HR-related documents as needed Provide general administrative support to the HR department Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
