Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the corporate Human Resources team. This role assists with HRIS management, compliance, reporting, employee records maintenance, and company-wide HR initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced corporate environment.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
: include the following Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with processing employee changes, including promotions, terminations, and salary adjustments. Support HR audits by ensuring documentation compliance with company policies and labor laws. Enter, update, and manage HR data in the corporate HRIS system. Generate and distribute HR reports on headcount, turnover, and workforce analytics. Assist in troubleshooting HRIS-related issues and provide support to employees regarding system usage. Coordinate job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling for corporate roles. Assist in the onboarding process, including background checks, offer letters, and new hire documentation. Ensure all new hires complete required compliance training and paperwork. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to corporate HR policies and procedures and payroll. Support compliance initiatives by tracking employee training. Provide administrative support for company-wide HR programs such as performance management, employee engagement, and training. Help coordinate HR events, meetings, and leadership development programs. Assist with payroll and benefits administration.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. 1-3 years of HR support experience in a corporate environment. Strong understanding of HRIS systems (e.g., KRONOS) and HR compliance requirements. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data auditing and reporting preferred.Similar remote jobs
