Human Resources Assistant

Acts as the right hand of Human Resources management, working closely and assisting them in their duties. Their tasks involve managing information to prepare payroll, accounting for absences, unpaid vacations, and all other parameters that could affect payroll. They ensure not only staff management but also the entire process applied to hiring or motivating teams. Updates current administrative and social procedures within the company. Follows up on administrative emails. Participates in personnel selection. Manages the accounts payable process, ensures accuracy and timeliness of payments, and maintains good relationships with suppliers. Pays, reconciles accounts, and develops and implements policies and procedures related to accounts payable. Handles the express check payment process. Develops and implements internal controls to ensure the accuracy of supplier payments, reviews and audits invoices, and ensures timely payments. Participates in meetings with other teams.
