This role will primarily focus on coordinating and conducting production employee trainings, supporting new hire onboarding, maintaining training records within TalentLMS, assisting the HR Director, and serving as a communication bridge between HR and production employees. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish and comfortable communicating directly with production staff in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct and coordinate monthly employee trainings for production staff in both English and Spanish Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires Maintain training assignments, records, and completion tracking within TalentLMS Assist with scheduling and coordinating required safety, GMP, operational, and compliance trainings Ensure employees complete required trainings in a timely manner Work closely with supervisors and managers to follow up on new hire progress during 30/60/90-day probationary periods Conduct routine check-ins regarding attendance, performance, engagement, and overall onboarding progress of new employees Communicate probationary feedback and concerns to HR and leadership as needed Partner with supervisors and department leaders to review, update, and audit SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date SOP documentation and training acknowledgements Support departmental compliance initiatives by ensuring SOP changes are communicated and properly trained to employees Assist with implementing and communicating new operational processes, procedures, and training initiatives across the production floor Provide basic employee support related to badge access, HR app navigation, and general administrative assistance Partner with HR and Operations to support workforce training initiatives across the production floor Maintain organized and accurate training documentation and reports Track training assessment checklists within the company application Schedule Requirements Monday through Thursday 10-hour shifts 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM Must be flexible to support third-shift training coverage, approximately once per month. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required Previous experience in employee training and coordination required Experience in onboarding, manufacturing support, or HR support preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable speaking in front of groups and conducting employee trainings Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn and manage TalentLMS and other HR systems Ability to build positive relationships with employees across all levels of the organization Strong follow-up and accountability skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with supervisors and production leadership What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is approachable, organized, dependable, and able to connect well with employees.
