Full-Time; Onsite Job Summary The Human Resources Administrator supports multi-plant HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role provides administrative support to the Human Resources department, maintains confidential employee information, assists with payroll-related tasks, supports compliance processes, and helps coordinate employee programs, meetings, and HR initiatives. Environmental Health & Safety Responsibilities Assist in supporting company EH&S values, policies, and procedures. Comply with all department, facility, corporate, and regulatory EH&S requirements. Wear all required personal protective equipment. Report job-related illnesses, injuries, safety concerns, health concerns, and environmental concerns in a timely manner. Attend all required EH&S training. Essential Job Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to the HR department. Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, plant-wide events, and employee activities. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and confidential personnel files. Scan and organize HR files, including Iron Mountain document storage. Prepare and maintain new hire binders. Maintain I-9, ITAR, and background check documentation. Track employee training through the TTS system. Manage service awards, AwardCo, employee recognition items, and reward distribution. Manage employee warnings and related documentation. Address employee inquiries related to payroll. Process payroll in the absence of the Payroll Administrator. Complete termination paperwork and related HR updates. Make WorkBrain updates as needed. Order department supplies. Support HR projects and employee engagement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Job Specifications Ability to adapt to changes in the workplace. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Minimum 2 years of administrative experience involving confidential information. Minimum 1 year of payroll experience. Proficiency with office and computer systems, including Microsoft Excel. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This position may require access to export-controlled items, and employment offers are conditioned upon the applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited institution. Previous Human Resources experience. #ILB123
