Human Resources Administrator About Us Worldwide Jet is a Premier on-demand FAA Part 135 charter operator. We operate year-round with an unwavering commitment to deliver an exceptional first-class experience to travelers and charter brokers alike. Duties Include (but are not limited to): Support recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions, and?collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Assist in acquiring background checks and employment eligibility verifications. Ensure new hires complete the necessary paperwork before the employee's start date. Conduct auditing for compliance, providing information regarding employee benefits and policies, etc. ? Assist Human Resources Director with the administrative duties Capable of handling confidential information Advanced writing skills with the ability to create concise and accurate communications Ability to work independently, set and meet own deadlines Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
