Job Summary :
The Onboarding & Compliance Coordinator supports the Human Resources team by managing employee onboarding processes and ensuring company compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role plays a key part in creating a positive new hire experience while maintaining accurate records and supporting audit readiness.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding & New Hire Experience Coordinate and execute end-to-end onboarding for new hires Prepare and distribute offer letters, new hire packets, and onboarding materials Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new employees Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding items Compliance Maintain employee records in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Ensure proper completion and storage of I-9 forms and supporting documentation Monitor and track required certifications, licenses, and training compliance Assist with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation Stay up to date on labor laws and HR compliance requirements HR Support Assist with policy updates and communication to employees Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or compliance-related role Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong communication and interpersonal skills
