Qualifications:
Required Skills:
Minimum three (3) years Human Resources experience required Associate degree or higher in Human Resources or related field Working knowledge of Human Resources, State and Federal laws required; Joint Commission knowledge preferred for Hospital positions. SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer Knowledge of principles for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. MS Office skills required, especially Outlook, Excel, Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management. Effective organizational and time management Effective written and verbal communication Ability to maintain quality and safety Ability to maintain proper levels of Ability to work closely and professionally with Ability to multi-task and organize workload effectively. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Responsibilities:
This role provides overall support to the department of Human Resources consistent with policy and procedures. Integrates the hospital's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
