Description Summary:
Assist Human Resources with daily activities. Performs a variety of administrative/clerical functions in connection with employment, payroll benefits and human resource processes.
Responsibilities:
Maintains consistency with Administrative and Departmental policies with appropriate behavior, dress, attitude, attendance, confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability. Serves as a Human Resources representative to internal and external customers. Takes initiative and uses proper judgment to ensure that attention is given to matters of priority and confidentiality. Maintains office flow procedures by completing calendar appointments, schedules, meeting minutes, spreadsheets, correspondence, etc. Maintains Human Resources counseling log when Performance Improvement Plans are received. Keeps the Human Resources Manager informed and current on Human Resources concerns and Compliance issues.

High School Diploma required
