To learn more about WC Health, please visit our website; https://www.wc-health.com/ Position Summary The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources Department. This position is responsible for maintaining employee records, processing documentation, supporting daily HR operations, and ensuring the confidentiality and accuracy of personnel information. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain, organize, and file employee records in both paper and electronic formats. Create, update, and manage personnel files and HR documentation. Enter and maintain employee information in electronic databases and HR systems. Scan, upload, and index documents for electronic recordkeeping. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries. Assist with onboarding and other HR administrative processes. Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee information. Support HR staff with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive). Interest in professional growth and development within Human Resources and healthcare administration. Ability to collaborate effectively with employees and departments across the organization Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience Human Resources, healthcare administration, or related experience preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
