Job Description

Recruiting Operations Coordinator Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Are you highly organized, professional, and great with people? Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to support our recruiting team, associates, candidates, and clients. This position serves as the communication and operations hub of our office and plays a critical role in ensuring candidates are onboarded, associates are supported, clients receive exceptional service, and recruiters can focus on recruiting and placements. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, staying organized, and making a meaningful impact every day. --- Responsibilities Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation Process onboarding paperwork and employment documentation Manage associate attendance and call-offs Communicate with candidates, associates, and clients Schedule interviews and candidate appointments Support recruiters with administrative and operational tasks Manage candidate and associate communications via phone, email, and text Follow up on timecards and payroll-related issues Maintain accurate records and documentation Assist with office operations and reception duties Ensure an exceptional candidate, associate, and client experience Qualifications Required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong computer and technology skills Professional appearance and presentation Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and dependable attendance Preferred Experience in customer service, office administration, recruiting, staffing, HR, payroll, banking, hospitality, healthcare, retail leadership, or a related field Experience working in a fast-paced office environment Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace What Success Looks Like Candidates and associates receive timely communication Onboarding is completed accurately and efficiently Attendance issues are handled promptly Recruiters receive the support they need Clients receive exceptional service Office operations run smoothly and professionally Why Join Express?
