• Payroll experience 5 years
• Certified Payroll / Prevailing Wage Compliance experience (Required)
• HR Administrative support experience Responsibilities
• This role is responsible for collecting time, processing payroll, certified payroll and compliance reporting in a fast-paced aggregate company
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports in compliance with NYS prevailing wage laws, submit them to NYSDOL website and to contractor
• Ensure compliance with prevailing wage rates and wage determinations
• Process payroll taxes and submit quarterly tax returns for multi-states
• Support HR manager with on
• boarding new employees and yearly open enrollments.
