Recruiter / HR Coordinator / Administrative Assistant A Gentle Touch Senior Care Position Summary A Gentle Touch Senior Care is seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter / HR Coordinator to support the continued growth of our home care agency. The primary focus of this role is recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining quality caregivers and staff while also assisting with receptionist and administrative duties within the office. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining compassionate communication with employees, clients, and families. Primary ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Hiring Recruit, screen, and interview caregiver applicants and office staff Post and manage job advertisements across multiple hiring platforms Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews Verify references, certifications, and employment eligibility Coordinate hiring paperwork and background checks Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment records Develop strategies to improve employee recruitment and retention Human Resources & Onboarding Assist with onboarding new employees and ensuring completion of all required documents Maintain employee files and HR records Coordinate orientation and training schedules Assist employees with payroll, scheduling, and HR-related questions Monitor employee compliance requirements, certifications, and expirations Support management with disciplinary documentation and employee communication when needed Receptionist & Administrative Duties Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct calls appropriately Assist clients, families, and caregivers with general office inquiries Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and other administrative tasks Support office operations and maintain organized records Assist management with special projects and day-to-day office needs Qualifications Previous recruiting, HR, healthcare, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional phone and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Office Experience in home care or healthcare is a plus Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually (based on experience) Performance and growth opportunities available Supportive and team-oriented work environment Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday In-office position About A Gentle Touch Senior Care A Gentle Touch Senior Care is committed to providing compassionate, dependable in-home care services to seniors throughout our community.
