Job Type:
Full-time, On-Site Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This role supports a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of HR practices and Leave of Absences (e.g., Workers' Compensation, FMLA, and PFL), and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee file maintenance Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication Support leave of absence administration, including Workers' Compensation, FMLA, and PFL tracking and documentation Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures Support employee engagement initiatives and company events Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) required Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws Knowledge of Leave of absence (LOA) administration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Working knowledge in ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office systems What We Offer Competitive salary ($50,000 - $60,000) Growth and career development Supportive and collaborative work environment Comprehensive benefits package Tuition reimbursement program Paid Time Off On-site gym,
