Schedule:
Monday•Friday 8:00AM•5:00
PM Pay Range:
$20•24 / hour The primary function of this position is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the entire Human Resources department. While this role assists with all aspects of HR operations, the primary focus is to support the full life-cycle recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and new hires. What You'll Do Support the
Full Hiring Lifecycle:
Draft job postings, source talent, conduct phone screens, and manage candidate communications to ensure a great first impression.
Coordinate Interviews:
Act as the primary scheduler, aligning calendars for candidates and hiring managers to keep the recruitment process moving smoothly.
Lead Onboarding & Compliance:
Own the I-9 verification process, run background checks, and prepare new hire orientation materials to welcome new team members.
Maintain HR Records:
Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), update personnel files with high confidentiality, and assist with HRIS data entry and reporting. Be a
Culture Champion:
Support employee engagement initiatives, HR Projects, and act as a professional front-line resource for general HR inquiries.
What We're Looking For Experience:
1-2 years of administrative experience; prior exposure to HR or recruiting terminology is a major plus.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, approachable demeanor.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR databases or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly preferred.
Organizational:
Ability to juggle multiple priorities, manage complex calendars, and maintain strict confidentiality.
Education:
High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is preferred. Why Join Us?
