King David Center is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team! As an HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. If you have a passion for HR and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and generating job postings Handle employee data entry and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Prepare and distribute company communications, including newsletters and announcements Perform tasks related to employee onboarding and termination processes Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and resolution of employee issues
Requirements:
0+ years of experience in HR or a related field High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field a plus Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
