Pay Rate:
$22/hour Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support day-to-day human resources operations in a fast-paced office environment. This role will focus on administrative HR functions, employee support, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and documentation. Key Responsibilities Support HR team with onboarding, including new hire paperwork, I-9s, and orientation coordination Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS and internal databases Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, and employee inquiries Track and update employee data such as status changes, leaves, and terminations Provide administrative support for payroll processing and timekeeping Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures Schedule interviews and coordinate recruiting logistics as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Assist with filing, document management, and general office support Support special HR projects and ad hoc administrative tasks Qualifications 1+ year of HR administrative or office support experience preferred Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, UKG, or similar) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Pay Details:
