This entry-level role is ideal for someone beginning a career in Human Resources who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in learning HR processes. The HR Administrator assists with employee records, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and general HR support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Essential Responsibilities Maintain employee files and ensure records are accurate and up to date. Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing paperwork and scheduling orientation activities. Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Enter and update employee information in HR systems and databases. Support timekeeping, attendance tracking, and leave administration. Assist with preparing employment-related documents, letters, and reports. Respond to routine employee questions and direct inquiries to appropriate HR team members. Help organize employee events, training sessions, and company programs. Maintain HR forms, documents, and filing systems. Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records. Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, filing, and document management. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
