We are currently hiring a Business Administrator to join our team in Orchard Park. We encourage you to apply if you have strong organizational skills, time management skills, and computer skills. The Business Administrator performs duties that vary and are diverse, requiring knowledge of office systems and procedures. This person supports various departments including human resources, operations, and business development. Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with office procedures and include a combination of answering telephones, record keeping, implementing solutions, and communicating outcomes. Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages. Assist employees in person and over the phone. Gather supplies and equipment for employees. Properly track inventory. Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and other individuals. Answer questions, explain information, and address complaints. Know when to escalate to management. Document communication and outcomes of client and employee interactions timely and accurately. Identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Prepare and adjust employee work schedules. Utilize technology to communicate, complete, and track work assignments. Enter data into various systems. Compile and prepare reports and documents. Train and support employees. Effectively prioritize workload and manage changes in direction. Keep up to date with company policies. Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures. Create and maintain process documents relating to the role. Complete other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma 1-3 years of experience in an office administration setting preferred Ability to work independently Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and computer skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other business applications Smartphone capable of downloading and using apps Ability to multi-task Commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding company and client information Well-developed interpersonal skills allowing you to build relationships with clients and staff Willingness to learn •By applying, I agree to a background check if offered a position.
