Mill-Max Mfg. Corp., one of the worlds leading manufacturers of electronic interconnect components, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Human Resources and Benefits Administrator at our facility located in Oyster Bay, NY.
Job Responsibilities:
Administers benefits including maintaining enrollment; processing claims; assisting with annual renewals; and auditing invoices.

Manages leaves of absence from employee request to return-to-work through coordination with carrier, HR Manager, and other departments.

Assists with handling accident, disability, Workers Compensation, and unemployment claims/reporting.

Assists with recruiting and interviewing job applicants, including checking references.

Maintains accurate records regarding attendance and punctuality and generates reports to managers as required.

Processes new hires and separations; maintains electronic and paper files. Coordinates and plans social activities for staff (i.e., parties, picnics, etc.).
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree0 - 3 year' related experiencePHR and/or SHRM-CP certification a plusHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Knowledge of HR laws and regulationsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Familiarity with HRIS software preferred.
