Job Description

Job Summary A Rochester-based business services team is seeking an Administration/Clerical professional to support the Leasing Operations Department in a contract-to-hire opportunity. This Administrative Support role is ideal for a detail-oriented clerk or administrative assistant who enjoys accurate data handling, organized paperwork, and process-driven office support. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years of administrative, clerical, customer service, or office support experience who is looking to contribute to a professional, team-focused environment. The department values accuracy, reliability, and a positive work ethic, with supportive leadership and a structured workflow that helps employees succeed.   • Prepare written communications, forms, and departmental documents using Microsoft Word.
  • Accurately enter, copy, and verify numerical data and other information in internal systems.
  • Compare numbers, names, and narrative details to ensure information is complete and correct.
  • Alphabetize names, categories, and documentation according to established procedures.
  • Read, interpret, and process standard forms, files, and leasing operations documentation.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Leasing Operations team as needed. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay Range:
    $20 to $23 per hour, based on experience.
  • Schedule:
    Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Workday:
    7-hour workday.

    On-site in Rochester, NY 14611.
  • Job Type:
    Contract/Temporary.
