Job Summary The HR & Safety Administrator supports both the Human Resource and Safety functions maintaining company processes while managing administrative duties, documentation, and reporting. Compensation & Company Benefits $23.00 - $25.00 / Hour Paid Time Off Medical/Dental/Vision/Prescription 401k with match Job Responsibilities Manage Talent Acquisition platform by updating job requisitions and postings to ensure accurate, up-to-date visibility for candidates Lead weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers and support candidate vetting and dispositioning throughout the onboarding process Support recruiting initiatives, including recruitment strategy, sourcing activities, and coordination of hiring events Track approvals to ensure timely processing and compliance with internal policies Maintain and file documentation related to new-hire progress, annual performance reviews, incident reports, and safety records to ensure accurate and organized compliance records Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to support HR and safety program requirements Document and manage all incident reports, including near misses, property damage, general liability, auto incidents, first aid cases, and injuries Complete all required MSHA and OSHA documentation Compile and distribute internal site audit reports Oversee contractor qualification checklist database Create checklists, forms, and toolbox talks to support safety communication Assist with producing and editing training videos to enhance employee learning and engagement Job Requirements Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, EHS, or a related field Prior experience in HR, safety administration, or office administration preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program Health and wellness programs An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
