Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations. This role provides administrative support across multiple HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, records management, and employee communications. The ideal candidate is professional, responsive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and orientationMaintain employee records and ensure accuracy within HRIS systemsSupport recruitment efforts by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communicationsRespond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefitsAssist with benefits administration and open enrollment activitiesPrepare HR-related documents, reports, and correspondenceEnsure compliance with company policies and employment regulationsSupport HR projects, training initiatives, and employee engagement activitiesPerform general administrative tasks as needed
