Compensation:
$50-55K Job Summary We're looking for a dependable and people-savvy HR Assistant to support our HR Business Partner team and help keep daily operations running efficiently. You'll be a go-to resource for staff, managers, and candidates — keeping things organized, communication flowing, and processes on track. If you're tech-comfortable, a natural multitasker, and enjoy being the person who keeps everything connected, this role is a great fit. What You'll Do Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and leadership Monitor and manage the ASKHR inbox daily for your assigned campus Verify credentials and licenses for contracted staff within the vendor management system Help departments submit contracted staff requests, including creating requisitions and contracts Maintain regular communication with departments and staffing agencies Support the HRBP team with New Hire orientation prep and follow-up Send out timely email communications for 5/45-day surveys, 90-day performance evaluations, non-productive hours tracking, and exit surveys Set up contracted staff profiles in Kronos for timekeeping Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and departments across all facilities Cover the front desk as needed Pitch in on special projects and other responsibilities as they come up What We're Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings clearly Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with solid critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Able to work independently and collaborate well across diverse healthcare departments Proficient in Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook Education Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred EB-1291589775
