Job Description

About the role Join Datrose Inc as a Human Resources Coordinator and become a vital part of the team driving our people strategy forward. You'll provide hands-on support across both HR and Talent Acquisition , touching everything from recruiting coordination and onboarding to benefits administration, employee relations, and HRIS management , all while contributing to a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace. What You'll Do Recruitment Support Post jobs, source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate online skills assessments Facilitate timely communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates Run background checks and pre-employment steps , employment/education verification, criminal checks, discrepancy follow-up Track requisitions and candidate pipelines in
HRIS/ATS
; generate recruiting activity reports Coordinate new hire onboarding including paperwork, system setup, and orientation Support job fairs and recruiting events HR Support Assist with employee relations matters , gathering info, documenting concerns, escalating appropriately Handle employment verifications, unemployment responses, DOL requests, and related forms Support benefits administration: new hire enrollment, open enrollment, qualifying life events, and plan changes Assist with leave of absence administration (FMLA, disability, workers' comp, state-specific leaves) Maintain employee records (electronic and physical) in compliance with federal and state law Support policy updates, audit prep, and compliance documentation projects Monitor federal, state, and local employment law updates What We're Looking For Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a related support role preferred Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws Strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and accuracy Able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Discretion and good judgment when handling confidential information Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with
HRIS/ATS
systems a plus Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Compensation & Details Pay:
$23.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
