The Role You'll Play:

Staffing Specialist Assistant (Floater Role) This is a growth-focused position designed to develop you into a full-time Recruiter/Staffing Specialist in our Beloit office . This position will serve as a floater between our Beloit and North Lima/Boardman offices , with the primary office location being Beloit . Candidates must be able and willing to commute to both locations. This is a requirement of the position. You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real recruiting experience with the long-term goal of stepping into a full-time recruiting role in Beloit. Every day, you'll make connections that change lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office & Candidate Support Greet and assist job seekers and visitors Answer phones, manage our text inbox, and track applicants Help job seekers through the application and onboarding process Onboarding & Compliance Assist with background checks and drug screenings Issue start materials and guide new hires through policies and compliance Recruiting & Sourcing Make outbound recruiting calls and conduct screening interviews Reconnect with past candidates and source new talent Utilize internal databases and online platforms to identify qualified candidates Administrative & Operations Support Create resumes and assist with job order entry and closures Support social media efforts and online reputation management Maintain accurate reports and internal systems Growth & Development Path Shadow experienced Staffing Specialists Receive coaching and structured mentorship Build skills in client communication, account management, and staffing strategy Progress toward becoming a full-time Staffing Specialist/Recruiter in our Beloit office
