Human Resources Coordinator

Key Responsibilities As a key member of the HR team, you will provide day-to-day support across multiple HR functions while partnering closely with plant leadership and employees. Coordinator recruiting and onboarding for hourly and salaried employees. Manage new hire orientation, paperwork, I-9s, and HRIS data. Support attendance tracking, timekeeping, and employee status changes. Assist with administering benefits, open enrollment, and leave-of-absence processes. Maintain compliance, training documentation, and policy updates. Support engagement initiatives communications, and retention efforts. Manage employee changes/additions/terminations, and other HR program administration. Maintain and enhance a productive work environment by resolving conflicts; coaching on effective management and coaching techniques; and maintaining open communications with associates and management. Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in human resources management or 2+ years of HR or generalist experience (manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred) Knowledge of HR compliance, employment documentation, and best practices Experience supporting hourly workforces and shift-based schedules. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional communication skills and high level of confidentiality Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing setting.
