Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support our workforce and help drive positive employee experiences through our operations here at Celina Aluminum Precision Technology (CAPT) . At first glance, one might not fully appreciate the significance of CAPT's products. By mastering the art of melting, casting, and machining aluminum, CAPT's manufacturing processes result in the highest quality aluminum products. These products become part of legendary Honda automobile engines - engines known for efficient operation, reduced friction, higher output, and enhanced gas mileage. Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities As a key member of the HR team, you will provide day-to-day support across multiple HR functions while partnering closely with plant leadership and employees. Coordinator recruiting and onboarding for hourly and salaried employees. Manage new hire orientation, paperwork, I-9s, and HRIS data. Support attendance tracking, timekeeping, and employee status changes. Assist with administering benefits, open enrollment, and leave-of-absence processes. Maintain compliance, training documentation, and policy updates. Support engagement initiatives communications, and retention efforts. Manage employee changes/additions/terminations, and other HR program administration. Maintain and enhance a productive work environment by resolving conflicts; coaching on effective management and coaching techniques; and maintaining open communications with associates and management. Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or 2+ years of HR or generalist experience (manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred) Knowledge of HR compliance, employment documentation, and best practices Experience supporting hourly workforces and shift-based schedules. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional communication skills and high level of confidentiality Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing setting.
