At OTS, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live independently, build meaningful relationships, and be fully included in their community. Since opening in 2022, we have grown rapidly across Ohio by focusing on quality care, strong leadership, and creating a culture where both the individuals we support and our employees feel valued. We provide residential and community based services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and are passionate about making a real impact every day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing recruiting, onboarding, employee support, compliance, and day to day HR operations in a fast paced environment. We are looking for someone who can keep systems organized, communicate professionally, and help create a strong experience for both employees and leadership. What You'll Do Manage and maintain HR systems including Paycor and Advisor Assist with recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding Conduct new hire orientation and ensure onboarding tasks are completed Maintain employee files and track certifications, trainings, and compliance deadlines Complete background checks and onboarding paperwork Support internal HR reporting and audits Enter and track client outcome documentation Provide administrative support to leadership and the HR department What We're Looking For Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Experience in HR, recruiting, onboarding, or administrative support preferred Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Experience with HRIS systems is a plus Professional, dependable, and team oriented mindset Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) 96 Hours of PTO Per Year Opportunities for growth and advancement Why Join Our Team?
