Job Description
A growing organization in Oklahoma is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations. This role partners closely with leadership and employees and plays a key part in maintaining accurate HR processes, employee support, and compliance.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, approachable, and comfortable managing multiple HR functions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate onboarding activities, including pre-employment paperwork, orientation scheduling, and new hire documentationServe as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, procedures, and benefitsAdminister benefits processes such as enrollments, updates, and employee communicationsSupport payroll functions by reviewing employee data, assisting with timekeeping, and helping ensure accurate processing through an HRIS/payroll systemMaintain personnel files and HR records in compliance with company policies and applicable regulationsFacilitate new hire orientation and assist with ongoing employee engagement initiativesAssist with workers' compensation administration, including incident reporting and claims coordinationSupport continuous improvement of HR administrative processes and systems
