Position Overview The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and has basic office or administrative experience. Recruiting or staffing experience is a plus but not required . You must be able to multitask, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming and outgoing phone calls (strong phone etiquette is a must) Process employee applications, perform background checks, and conduct interviews Take and manage job orders from established customers Deliver high-quality customer service Match employees with job openings Perform general administrative and office duties Support daily office operations as needed Qualifications Some prior office or administrative experience required Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Quick learner with a willingness to take on new responsibilities Comfortable using Microsoft Office and proprietary software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to interact professionally with individuals from all backgrounds and education levels Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday-Friday, plus rotating on-call weekends 8-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Includes a 1-hour lunch break Compensation & Benefits Salary plus commission (eligible after 90 days) First-year realistic earnings: $33,000 - $38,000 , with growth potential 401(k) with employer matching Health insurance Paid vacation time Why Join Us?
