Job Description

SUMMARY

The Human Resources & Recruiting Coordinator works closely with the Corporate Recruiter to provide administrative, recruiting, onboarding, and employee support throughout the hiring lifecycle. This position serves as a key point of coordination between candidates, hiring managers, HR, and operations teams while ensuring recruiting processes, onboarding activities, and HR systems remain accurate, timely, and compliant.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-service driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition SupportMaintain and update job boards to ensure postings remain accurate, current, and aligned with hiring needsClose job postings once offers have been acceptedOpen requisitions on the requisition tracking sheet and ensure all information is completed accuratelyCoordinate and schedule intake calls for newly opened positionsMonitor ATS workflow processes to ensure system accuracy and proper candidate flowDecline applicants in the ATS and document disposition reasons on tracking spreadsheetsCoordinate travel arrangements for candidates or employees coming in for interviewsSupport the Corporate Recruiter with scheduling, candidate communication, interview coordination, and recruiting administrationHandle recruiting-related invoices and billing issuesAssist with recruiting projects and process improvements as neededOnboarding SupportCoordinate onboarding appointments and collect required onboarding documentationAssist with direct deposit documentation and backup collectionProvide onboarding coordination support for out-of-state employeesEnsure applications and employee information are properly entered into ADPMonitor completion of pre-employment requirements including:

Drug screensBackground checksFollow up on offer letter approvals and assist with onboarding documentation flowMaintain employee files and onboarding records in both paper and digital formatsHiring Manager & Employee SupportCoordinate equipment request processes and ensure hiring managers understand how to submit requestsProvide support to newer hiring managers throughout the onboarding and hiring processMaintain front-line communication with employees and candidates through phone, email, text messaging, and in-person interactionsProvide front-line HR support including HRIS password assistance and employee questionsSupport the HR team with administrative and operational tasks as neededHuman Resources AdministrationMaintain Human Resources records to ensure compliance with state and federal lawsManage and maintain employee files, records, and HR documentationSupport necessary office supplies, uniforms, for new hiresManage invoice reconciliationMaintain and manage door security accessMaintain and run annual MVR processesContribute to team goals and assist with additional duties as assignedRequired Skills & AbilitiesExceptional organizational and multitasking skillsStrong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretionExcellent customer service and relationship management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and HR/ATS systemsAbility to communicate professionally with employees, candidates, and leadershipMinimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, Recruiting Coordination, Talent Acquisition Support, or Administrative HR supportEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate degree or higher preferredATC Drivetrain provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
