Human Resources Coordinator (HRIS & Payroll)

Human Resources Director Join Our Team at Family Solutions At Family Solutions, we are committed to supporting children, youth, and families through compassionate, high-quality behavioral health services. Our Human Resources team plays a critical role in ensuring our staff are supported through strong systems, consistent processes, and a positive employee experience. Primary Purpose The Human Resources Coordinator (HRIS & Payroll) is responsible for executing and maintaining core HR processes with a strong emphasis on HRIS (UKG Ready), payroll, onboarding, credentialing, and compliance tracking. Essential Duties & Responsibilities HRIS Administration & System Support (UKG Ready) Maintain accurate employee records, including new hires, status changes, and terminations Conduct regular audits across HR, payroll, and benefits modules Serve as primary contact for UKG Ready support tickets (submit, track, resolve) Provide basic system support and troubleshooting to internal users Payroll & Timekeeping Process payroll accurately and on schedule Audit timecards for compliance with agency policies and applicable laws Support supervisors with timekeeping corrections and approvals Process off-cycle payroll checks as needed Maintain payroll records and documentation Onboarding & New Hire Orientation Coordinate onboarding processes including background and reference checks Enter new hire data into HRIS Facilitate new hire orientation and documentation completion Credentialing & Compliance Tracking Track employee licenses, certifications, and credentials Monitor expiration dates and communicate renewal requirements Maintain audit-ready records Benefits Administration Support Process enrollments, changes, and terminations in HRIS Support open enrollment and employee communications Conduct benefits audits and resolve discrepancies Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of HR, payroll, or HRIS experience Experience with HRIS systems (UKG Ready preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR or related field Experience in nonprofit or behavioral health settings SHRM-CP or PHR certification Why Join Family Solutions?
