Job Description:

HR Division Administrative Assistant Serves as clerical and administrative support for the Employee Health and Human Resources department.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

At least two years' experience in acute care hospital setting preferred Familiarity with Epic preferred Basic level secretarial skills Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrates the ability to use a personal computer and various software programs applicable to the position Demonstrates the ability to operate applicable office equipment Exhibits the ability to deal effectively interdepartmentally & with the public Exhibits the ability to maintain confidentiality, think and act independently with minimal supervision Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES

American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred Current and valid Oregon driver's license High School Diploma or Equivalent Basic Medical Terminology preferred

EXPERIENCE

Experience with OR-OSHA regulations regarding record keeping and reporting preferred One year experience in a medical office setting preferred Customer service experience One year of secretarial science or equivalent preferred
