Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day HR functions during an exciting period of organizational growth and operational evolution. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to build a strong foundation in Human Resources while gaining hands-on exposure to a broad range of HR operations, employee support, process improvement, and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, people-focused, and excited to grow within the HR field. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to operational improvements, support evolving HR initiatives, and gain mentorship and experience across multiple areas of Human Resources. This role will work closely with leadership and will play a key role in helping create organized, consistent, and employee-centered HR processes. HR Operations & Administration Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and confidential files Support HRIS and payroll-related administrative processes Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries Coordinate employment verifications, required forms, and compliance documentation Help ensure consistency and organization across HR processes and systems Employee Support Serve as a professional and approachable point of contact for employee questions and support Assist in maintaining positive employee communication and engagement Support managers and leadership with administrative HR needs Escalate sensitive employee matters appropriately Recruiting & Talent Support Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications Assist with job postings and applicant tracking Support onboarding experiences for new hires Help create a positive and welcoming candidate experience Process Improvement & Growth Opportunities Assist with documenting and improving HR workflows and procedures Support operational and policy improvement initiatives under leadership guidance Participate in special projects related to employee experience, HR operations, and organizational development Gain exposure to broader HR functions and strategic initiatives as the organization evolves Qualifications 3+ years of experience in HR coordination, office administration, recruiting coordination, operations support, or related experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR/payroll systems preferred Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn Preferred Attributes Positive and solutions-oriented mindset Strong follow-through and accountability Interest in growing a long-term career in Human Resources Ability to balance empathy with professionalism Comfortable navigating changing priorities and operational needs Collaborative and team-oriented approach Physical & Work Requirements Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while working at a computer Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Ability to occasionally move office materials weighing up to 15 pounds Ability to operate standard office equipment and technology Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
