Full Job Description We're Hiring:
Human Resources Coordinator. Are you passionate about people, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference in the workplace? Laurelhurst Post Acute & Rehabilitation is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and support our mission of providing compassionate care in a positive and professional environment. What You'll Do Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration Assist with recruitment efforts to attract top talent Coordinate employee relations, engagement initiatives, and training Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations Serve as a friendly and approachable resource for employees and managers What We're Looking For Previous HR or administrative experience (healthcare experience is a plus!)
