Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support a wide range of HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS management, compliance, and employee support. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering full-time hours in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support biweekly payroll processing, including auditing timekeeping data, reviewing earnings/deductions, and partnering with vendors and finance to ensure accuracy Assist with benefits administration (enrollments, changes, terminations) and support open enrollment and audit activities Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and general HR processes Maintain and update employee data within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation Reconcile payroll data and assist with reporting, analysis, and HR metrics for leadership Support compliance efforts by maintaining records, monitoring employment law updates, and assisting with policy/process improvements Assist with onboarding coordination, employee communications, and general HR/office support as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of related HR experience Strong knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS systems High attention to detail and accuracy in data management Ability to manage high-volume work and multitask effectively Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment If you are interested in growing your HR career in a dynamic and supportive environment, we encourage you to apply.
