Job Description

A well-established company in Lancaster County, PA is looking for an HR Administrator to join its Human Resources team. This is a hands-on, generalist-style role where you'll support the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through performance tracking and employee relations.
What You'll Be Doing:
Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements (I-9s, tax forms, background checks, drug screenings) Supporting recruiting activities, including application review, interview scheduling, and new hire orientation Coordinating performance review processes and tracking deadlines Responding to employee inquiries and serving as a go-to resource for HR-related questions Managing labor law postings, record retention, and general HR reporting Processing personnel changes and supporting payroll accuracy
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) 2 to 4 years of experience in an administrative environment, ideally with exposure to HR functions Familiarity with HRIS platforms (ADP, Paylocity, Paychex, or similar) is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Accuracy-driven, dependable, and comfortable working independently This is a great fit for someone looking to grow within HR who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-task environment. From $45,000.00 per year
