This vital role involves coordinating various HR functions, supporting talent management initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. Responsibilities Assist in talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting activities, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and coordinating interviews. Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization. Support performance management processes through employee evaluations, training & development initiatives, and succession planning. Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans using HRIS platforms such as Workday or ADP. Maintain accurate HR data entry and records management in compliance with employment & labor law requirements and OSHA standards. Contribute to change management projects by organizing organizational design initiatives and supporting strategic planning efforts. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, including conflict management and fostering positive communication across teams. Experience Proven experience in human resources management or a related administrative role with familiarity in HR sourcing, benefits administration, and workforce management. Strong knowledge of employment laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning.
Pay:
$25.52 - $30.73 per hour
