Job Description
Join Our TeamLenape Valley Foundation (LVF) is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our growing Human Resources department. This is a newly created, exciting entry-level opportunity designed to support the continued growth of our organization and HR operations. It offers an exciting opportunity for someone interested in building a career in Human Resources while contributing to meaningful work in a mission-driven organization. The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team, with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding activities. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual who enjoys interacting with people at all levels of an organization.
Paid onboarding and trainingParticipation in 403(b) retirement planNationwide Pet Insurance Your RoleProvide administrative support to the HR DepartmentAssist with recruitment activitiesSupport new hire onboarding processes and paperworkUtilize professional job boards to source potential candidates Communicate effectively with staff and management at all levelsAssist with general HR projects and office support tasks as neededWhat You BringHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
