Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Lancaster, California. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing recruitment processes, supporting candidate onboarding, and ensuring a seamless experience for both applicants and hiring managers. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate scheduling for interviews, meetings, and other recruitment-related activities.
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
• Track candidate progress and maintain records using the applicant tracking system.
• Prepare interview materials, gather feedback, and facilitate timely communication between hiring teams.
• Support onboarding processes, including drafting offer letters and handling new employee documentation.
• Generate and maintain recruiting reports, metrics, and other documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure a positive candidate experience.
