Job Purpose:
The Human Resource Department manages the employee life cycle while aligning company goals and supporting employees' success.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Recruitment Onboarding and training Benefit enrollment and management Compliance in federal, state and local labor laws and regulations Ability to work in multi-state workforce environments Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by direct report and/or Executive Management.
Requirements:
Pass Drug Test and Criminal Background Check Insurable by CSI's auto insurance company Valid driver's license

Physical Environment/Demands:
Ability to travel by car. Indomitable work ethic and the willingness to work additional hours as needed. Perform light work - exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. See, hear, talk and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity; kneel, sit, stand, walk, crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push and other similar, repetitive tasks requiring physical activity. Able to operate standard office/computer equipment.
Education and Experience:
Minimum Required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements. Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
