Position Summary Dunwoody Village is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone beginning their HR career. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-service focused, and eager to learn. On-the-job training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Maintain and organize employee records, including filing and document management
Assist with the development and implementation of HR processes and procedures
Provide administrative support to the HR team across various functions
Support onboarding activities, including paperwork and coordination
Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and strong customer service
Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general office tasks
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all HR-related information Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
