Our Human Resources team plays a vital role in supporting employees and maintaining an organized and positive work environment. We are seeking an entry-level Human Resources Assistant to join our growing HR Department. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start and grow a career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with processing payroll and maintaining accurate employee records Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and responding to employee inquiries Help coordinate recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates Translate HR documents and communications between English and Spanish as needed Maintain HR files and documentation in compliance with legal requirements and company policies Prepare reports and spreadsheets as needed Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring completion of required paperwork Respond to basic HR-related questions from employees in both English and Spanish Provide general administrative support to the HR department Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) - required Previous administrative or office experience a plus but not required Interest in pursuing a career in human resources Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
